AMERICAN LITHIUM CONFIRMS IMPLEMENTATION OF SHARE SPLIT

Vancouver, B ritish Columbia , April 27, 2018 – American Lithium Corp. (TSX V: LI) (OTCQB:

LIACF) (Frankfurt: 5LA; WKN: A 2AHEL) (“American Lithium ” or the “ Company”) announces

that it will move forward with the implantation of its previously announced forward share -split. The

Company will issue two common shares for every one common share held by shareholders of record as of

the clo se of business on May 2nd. Shareholders of record as of that date can expect to receive an

additional share certificate as a result of the split.

The common shares of the Company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a ex-split

basis at the open of markets on May 1st. There will no change in the trading symbol or CUSIP for the

common shares of the Company in connection with the split.

Following completion of the share split, the Company will have approximately 35, 910,672 common

shares outstanding.
