LARGO ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

TORONTO – Largo Resources Ltd. (“ Largo ” or the “ Company ”) ( TSX: LGO ) ( OTCQB: LGORF ) hereby

announces the voting results from the Company’s Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on

Thursday June 29, 2017 (the “ Meeting ”).

A total of 299,817,143 common shares were represent ed at the Meeting, representing 65% of the

Company’s issued and outstanding shares. Shareholders voted in favour of all matters brought before

the Meeting including the re-appointment of Pricewa terhouseCoopers LLP as auditors for the ensuing

year, and the election of management’s nominees as directors.
