ON TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE

Toronto, Ontario – April 11, 2022 – Lahontan Gold Corp. (formerly, 1246765 B.C. Ltd.) (the

“Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s common shares (the “Common Shares”) are to

commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) under the symbol “LG” effective market

open on April 13, 2022.

In addition, the Company announces that it has granted an aggregate of 3,950,000 options to purchase

common shares of the Company exercisable at a price of $0. 45 per common share for a period of five (5)

years to directors, officers and consultants of the Company. The common shares issuable upon exercise of

the options are subject to a four month hold period from the original date of grant.
