Vancouver, BC February 27, 2026 - LFNT Resources Corp. (CSE: LFNT) (“ LFNT” or the

“Company”) announces that Laurie Thomas has resigned as a director of the Company, effective

today’s date.

The Company wishes her well in her future endeavors.
