FIRST RESPONDER ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENTS OF HARVEER SIDHU AND ZARA KANJI

Vancouver, British Columbia – July 23, 2021 – First Responder Technologies Inc. (“First Responder” or
the “Company”) (CSE: WPN | OTCQB: WPNNF | FWB: 3WK), a developer of WiFi-based technologies for
detecting concealed weapons and for deterring mass shooting and terror attacks involving concealed
weapons, is pleased to announce the appointment of Harveer Sidhu to the Company’s board of directors
(the “Board”) and the appointment of Zara Kanji as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
Harveer Sidhu is the founder of BuildSmartr.com Inc (est. 2017). Harveer has experience in serving as a
director and officer for publicly listed compan ies and is experienced in manufacturing, import and
exporting, information technology systems, e-commerce and construction project management. Harveer
holds a Bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University and is a licenced builder with BC Housing since
2014.
Zara is a founder of Zara Kanji & Associates, CPA. (est. 2004). Zara is experienced in financial reporting
compliance for junior listed companies, taxation, general accounting, financial reporting and value-added
advisory services for individuals, private and public companies. Zara has served as director and officer for
listed issuers providing reporting compliance services for financing and acquisitions. Zara is a Member of
the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC (Previously Certified General Accountants of BC) since
August 2003.
The Company also announces the resignation of Michael Malana from the Board and from his position as
Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
