Lexston’s Subsidiaries Lay off Staff

Vancouver, British Columbia , June 9, 202 2. Lexston Life Sciences Corp. (the “Company”) (CSE: LEXT)

(OTCQB: LEXTF) announces that its subsidiaries Egret Bioscience Ltd. and Zenalytic Laboratories Ltd. (the

“Subsidiaries”) will be laying off all their employees effective June 15, 2022. The decision was made due

to the lack of profitability and to save costs. Some scientific staff will be available on as needed basis. The

Company is planning the future for the Subsidiaries.
