SECURITIES EXCHANGE

Vancouver, British Columbia, JUNE 23, 2021. Lexston Life Sciences Corp. (the “Company”) is pleased to

announce that its common shares will commence trading at market open on June 25, 2021 on the

Canadian Securities Exchange under the stock symbol “LEXT”.

The Company has a total of 49,968,260 common shares, 2,000,000 options and 18,843,260 warrants

issued and outstanding.
