Lexston Mining Corporation Closed the Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia, January 20, 2026. Lexston Mining Corporation (the “Company” or

“Lexston”) (CSE: LEXT) (OTC: LEXTF) (Deutsche Börse Frankfurt: L75) is pleased to announce that further

to its news release dated December 24, 2025, the Company closed a fully subscribed non-brokered private

placement and raised gross proceeds of $500,000 thro ugh the issuance of 6,250,000 units at a price of

$0.08 per unit (the “Private Placement”). Each unit consists of one common share and one common

share purchase warrant. Each common share purchase warrant entitles the ho lder to purchase one

common share at a price of $0.10 for five years from the date of issuance.

The Company plans to use the proceeds from the Private Placement for expl oration expenditures and

general working capital. No finder’s fees were paid in relation to the Private Placement.

All securities issued pursuant to the Private Placemen t are subject to a four-month statutory hold period

until May 21, 2026.
