change in senior Management with the resignation of Mr.
Blair Way
, CEO and President. Mr. Way
is resigning for personal reasons but will continue to be available as consultant to the Company to
ensure a smooth transition and deliver support on an as needs basis in advancement of the Woxna
graphite business.
Mr. Way's resignation is effective as of
January 31
st
2019. Mr.
Mark Saxon
, Director, has been
named interim CEO and President.
