La Imperial Resources Inc. (the “Company”) (CSE -LAI.X) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Koby Kushner,
P.Eng., CFA to the Company’s Board of Directors.
Koby Kushner, P.Eng., CFA brings a decade of experience in mining engineering and capital markets. Most recently, Koby co-founded
Libra Lithium and Nemo Resources, two private exploration companies, where he serves as Director and CEO. He previously worked
in equity research Red Cloud Securities, a mining -only investment bank, where he wrote on over 100 companies across various stages
of development and a wide range of commodities, with a particular f ocus on battery materials and precious metals . Prior to e ntering
finance, Koby worked at several mines in Ontario and Manitoba, including Hemlo (Barrick Gold), Detour, Rice Lake, and others.
During this time, Koby saw projects advance through all stages of development, including exploration, production, and closure. He
holds a BSc in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University, is a licensed Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario and is a
CFA charterholder.
The Company further announces that Mr. Bob Lane has resigned from the board of Directors. The Company would like to thank Mr.
Lane for his contribution.
