Corp. (TSX: LAC) (NYSE: LAC) (“Lithium Americas” or the “Company”) announced the
results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 11, 2025 (the
“Meeting”). Each of the following eight nominees was elected as a director of the Company:
