KLONDIKE SILVER ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT EXTENSION
January 12, 2018 - VANCOUVER, Canada – Klondike Silver Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX.V: KS): The
Company announces that further to its news release dated November 29 and December 1, 2017 the TSX Venture
Exchange has granted an extension to the deadline for filing final documentation for this private placement to
February 8, 2018. The net proceeds will be used for advancing the Sandon B.C. project and for general working
capital.
