DEEP-SOUTH EXTENDS WARRANT TERMS

15,341,944 share purchase warrants for a further one-year term. The warrants are exercisable at a

price of

$0.22

per common share and are scheduled to expire

January 20, 2023

. Upon receipt of

TSX Venture Exchange acceptance of this transaction, the warrants will expire after the close of

business

January 20, 2024

. The share purchase warrants were originally issued pursuant to a

30,703,072 unit private placement that closed on

January 20, 2021

.
