Krait Critical Minerals Engages Independent Trading Group for Market-
Making and MiningIR for Media and Communications Services
August 24, 2026 – Vancouver, BC, Canada – Krait Critical Minerals
Corp. (the “Company” or “Krait”) (CSE: KRIT) is pleased to announce that
it has engaged the services of Independent Trading Group ("ITG") to provide
market-making services in accordance with Canadian Securities Exchange
(“CSE”) policies. ITG will trade shares of the Company on the CSE and all
other trading venues with the objective of maintaining a reasonable market
and improving the liquidity of the Company's common shares.
The agreement is for an initial term of one month and will renew for additional
one-month terms unless terminated. In consideration for the Services
performed under the agreement, the Company shall pay the ITG a service fee
in the amount of $6,000 per month plus all applicable taxes. The agreement
may be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice. There are no
performance factors contained in the agreement and ITG will not receive
shares or options as compensation. ITG and the Company are unrelated and
unaffiliated entities and at the time of the agreement, neither ITG nor its
principals have an interest, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the
Company.

Media and Communications Agreement
The Company has also entered into a services agreement with Mining Investor
Resources Media Ltd. (“MiningIR”) to provide investor awareness, media and
communications services to the Company.
The Company confirms that the services to be provided by MiningIR, including
the production and dissemination of editorial content, management video
interviews and other media content to an investor audience through MiningIR’s
financial media platforms and distribution network, constitute “Investor
Relations Activities” and “Promotional Activity” within the meaning of the
Canadian Securities Exchange ( “CSE”) Policy 7 — Investor Relations,
Promotional Activity, and Other Significant Transactions (“Policy 7”).
Under the terms of the agreement, MiningIR will provide investor relations and
promotional services for a 12 -month term commencing on August 15, 2026,
and ending on August 14, 2027. The Company will pay MiningIR a total cash
fee of $48,000 for the term. The compensation does not include any securities,
options or other performance-based consideration.
MiningIR will distribute investor -awareness content through its digital media

To the knowledge of the Company, MiningIR, Jamie Hyland, and MiningIR’s
