Krait Critical Minerals Announces Receipt of Final
Approval for CSE Listing and Commencement of Trading
August 21, 2026 – Vancouver, BC, Canada – Krait Critical Minerals
Corp. (the “Company” or “Krait”) (CSE: KRIT) is pleased to announce that
the Company has received final approval from the Canadian Securities
Exchange (“CSE”) to list its common shares (the "Common Shares") on the
CSE (the "Listing").
Trading of the Common Shares is expected to commence at market open on
Monday, August 24, 2026, under the symbol “KRIT”. The Company has filed
a final long -form prospectus dated August 13, 2026, with the applicable
securities’ regulatory authorities. The prospectus is available under the
Company’s profile on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca.

Krait has an option to earn a 100% interest, subject to a 3% net smelter

the project benefits from year -round access via Highway 17, ne arby rail and
power infrastructure, and proximity to established mining communities and
service providers.
