Vancouver, British Columbia --(Stockwatch – July 19 , 2024 ) - KORE Mining Ltd. (TSXV: KORE) (" KORE" or the

"Company ”) announces the retirement of Mr. Robert J. (Don) MacDonald from the board of director s of the Company,

effective July 6, 2024.

The board of directors would like to thank Mr. MacDonald for his dedicated service for the nearly six years he has been a

director and wish him all the best in his retirement .
