K92 ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTIONS GRANT
K92 Mining Inc. (“K92” or “the Company” ) (TSXV – KNT) announces the grant of 700,000
stock options to employees of the Company, pursuant to the terms of the Company’s Stock
Option Plan. The options are exercisable at $0.60 per share, expire on March 9, 2023 a nd vest
over 12 months from the date of grant.
