Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc. (the “Company”) announces that further to the news release dated April 1, 2016, the TSX Venture Exchange has approved extending the term of the outstanding share purchase warrants (the Warrants”) issued in connection with the Company’s April 22, 2014 private placement by 18 months to October 22, 2017. All of the Warrants were originally exercisable for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance. All other terms of the Warrants will remain unchanged.
