Margaret Lake Diamonds provides an update regarding the Companies Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders (the “AGM”)
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA / Friday 19, 2021 / Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc. (" MLD" or the
"Company") (TSX.V: DIA/ FKT: M85). The AGM will be held on Friday May 14, 2021, at 10:00 am PT. In light
of the ongoing concerns related to the spread of COVID-19 and in order to mitigate the potential risks to the
health and safety of all concerned, shareho lders are to vote their proxies in advance of the AGM by phone,
email or online ahead of the AGM that will be held via teleconference. The Company may also issue a virtual
link for shareholders to listen in to the meeting and any follow up discussions if required should they not be
able to attend the initial session.
The Company’s Notice of AGM, the accompanying management proxy circular and related meeting materials
(the “Proxy Materials”) the Company will be mailing out the materials by April 15, 2021. The record date for
the AGM is April 6, 2021. Copies of the Proxy Materials, as well as Margaret Lake’s Audited Annual financial
statements for the fiscal years ended May 31, 2019 and 2020, are available for download on our website at
www.margaretlakediamonds.com or under our SEDAR profile at www.sedar.com.
