Margaret Lake Diamonds files notice of name change with TSX Venture Exchange

February 15, 2022 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc. ("MLD" or the

"Company") (TSXV:DIA) (FKT:M85) (OTC PINK:DDIAF) is pleased to announce that it has filed

with the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") a notice of name change to "Uranium Ninety

Two Exploration Ltd.” as part of the name change, effective at the start of trading on or

about February 22, 2022, the Company will commence trading on the Exchange under the new

symbol "URM” The Company’s new CUSIP and ISIN numbers will be 91701L104 and

CA91701L1040.

There is no consolidation of the Company’s share capital in connection with the name change

and as a result, shareholders are not required to exchange their existing share certificates for

new certificates bearing the Company’s new name. The name change does not affect the

Company’s share structure or the rights of its shareholders, and no further action is required by

existing shareholders.
