TUMI RESOURCES ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE
Vancouver, Canada – Tumi Resources Limited (the “Company”) (TSXV: TM) (OTCPK: TUMIF) (Frankfurt: TUY) announces that effective July 7, 2015, the name of the Company will be changed to “Kingsmen Resources Ltd.”. The name change was approved by the board of directors, in accordance with the articles of the Company, and has been accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange. On July 7, 2015, the Company’s common shares will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under its new name “Kingsmen Resources Ltd.” and new trading symbol “KNG”.
