Kingsmen Resources Announces Symbol Change to its OTCQB Listing

January 21, 2022, Vancouver, BC - Kingsmen Resources Ltd. ("Kingsmen", or the " Company")

(TSXV: KNG) (OTCQB: TUMIF) is pleased to announce today that it has received approval for the change of

its OTCQB ticker symbol from “TUMIF” to “KNGRF”. The Company’s common shares will begin trading under

the new stock symbol on January 24, 2022 and will remain listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the

symbol “KNG”

The Company is changing its ticker symbol to align with the recent strategic changes within the Company.
