Kenorland Minerals Raises $7,000,000 Through Sale of Marketable Securities

Vancouver, British Columbia, July 21, 2023 – Kenorland Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: KLD) (OTCQX: KLDCF) (FSE:

3WQ0) (“Kenorland” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce it has raised gross proceeds of $7,000,000

through the sale of 1,000,000 common shares of Li -FT Power Ltd. (CSE: LIFT) . The sale was conducted

through the Canadian Securities Exchange as a pre -arranged trade with an arm’s length part y. The

proceeds from the sale further strengthens Kenorland’s cash position and brings its current cash balance

to a total of approximately $23,000,000.
