ALDEVER RECEIVES APPROVAL FOR AMENDMENT TO URBAN BARRY OPTION AGREEMENT

Aldever Resources Inc. (ALD—TSXV) (ALDVF—OTCQB) (17G1—Frankfurt) is pleased to announce that on July 31,
2017, the Company received TSX Venture Exchange Approval for an amendment to its Urban Barry Option
Agreement originally dated November 10, 2015.
Under the amended terms the Company can earn 100% interest in the Urban Barry Gold Property by issuing an
additional 3,000,000 common share s and making various cash payments totaling $500,000 over 48 months, and
the Company shall have completed $1,000,000 in exploration expenditures within five years of the signing of the
agreement.
All shares issued are subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from the respective date of
issuance, in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
