ASTORIUS TO CHANGE NAME TO KINGMAN MINERALS LTD.
Vancouver, B.C. ( April 8, 2020) Astorius Resources Ltd. (TSX -V:ASQ) (“Astorius” or the “Company”) is
pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company’s proposed
name change from “Astorius Resources Ltd.” to “Kingman Minerals Ltd.”. In connection with the name
change, the Company will also change its stock symbol to “KGS”. Effective at the market open on April 13,
2020, the common shares of the Company will commence trading under the new name and stock symbol.
