ASTORIUS SIGNS $300,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING AGREEMENTS

Astorius Resources Ltd. ("Astorius" or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has signed private placement agreements for the sale of 2,400,000 Units at a price of $0.125 per Unit – to provide gross proceeds of $300,000. Each Unit will consist of one share of the Company and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable to purchase a share of the Company for $0.15 for a 5 year term subject to acceleration provisions.

Astorius will pay finders’ fees of 8.0% with respect to the placements.

The closing of the placements is subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
