Astorius Resources Ltd. Accepts Resignation of Mr. Carl R. Jonsson

(“Astorius” or the “ Company”) would like to accept the resignation of Mr. Carl R.

Jonsson from the Board of Directors as of November 20, 2017.

The Company would like to thank Mr. Jonsson for his many years of contributions and

wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.

The Board of Directors is now comprised of Mr. Sandy MacDougall, Mr. Arthur Brown,
