Astorius Completes $30,000 Debt Settlement

ASTORIUS COMPLETES $30,000 DEBT SETTLEMENT

Vancouver, British Columbia – February 20th, 2018 – Astorius Resources Ltd. (TSX-Venture: ASQ and

Frankfurt: 47A.F) (“Astorius” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that on February 16, 2018,

the TSX Venture Echange accepted for filing a debt settlement agreement with an arm’s length

creditor as previously announced on January 29, 2018. The Company will issue 200,000 common

shares of the Company at a deemed value of $0.15 per common share in consideration for $30,000 in

debt outstanding.

The common shares issued pursuant to the shares-for-debt settlement will be subject to a statutory hold

period of four months plus a day.
