Astorius Closes $1,000,000 Non-Brokered Private Placement
Vancouver, B.C. ( November 7, 2017) Astorius Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:ASQ)
(“Astorius” or the “ Company”) is pleased to announce that it has closed a private
placement for a total gross proceeds of $1,000,000. The Company issued a total of
16,666,665 units at a price of $0.06 per unit. Each unit contains one (1) common share
and one (1) transferrable share purchase warrant. Each warrant wi ll be exercisable at a
price of $0.10 for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Finder’s Fees of $1,878.40 cash and 31,307 warrants will be payable to Haywood
Securities Inc., $20,584 cash and 343,067 warrants will be payable to Mackie Research
Capital Corp., $12,000.01 cash and 200,000 warrants will be payable to Echelon Wealth
Partners and $2,448 cash and 40,800 warrants will be payable to PI Financial Corp.
The Company received TSX Venture Exchange Approval on November 7, 2017. All
securities issued in co nnection with the offering will be subject to a statutory hold
period of four months plus a day from the date o f issuance, in accordance with
applicable securities legislation.
Proceeds from the offering will be used for general working capital, corporate purposes
and exploration expenditures.
