ASTORIUS ANNOUNCES $30,000 DEBT SETTLEMENT
Vancouver, B ritish Columbia – January 29th, 201 8 – Astorius Resources Ltd . (TSX -Venture: ASQ
and Frankfurt: 47A.F) ( “Astorius” or the “Company”) announces that it has entered into a
settlement agreement with a creditor, pursuant to which the Company intends to settle $ 30,000 of
debt with the issuance of 200,000 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0. 15 per
common share.
With this settlement of debt, the Company will preserve its current cash position allotted for various
exploration expenditures on their Properties in Nevada, Ecuador and Argentina, as well as for general
working capital purposes. The comple tion of the shares -for-debt settlement is subject to the receipt of
approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The common shares issued pursuant to the shares -for-debt
settlement will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day.
