Astorius Announces $0.06 Non-Brokered Private Placement

Vancouver, B.C. ( October 31 , 2017) Astorius Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:ASQ)

(“Astorius” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it intends to proceed with

a private placement to raise up to $1,000,000 by selling units at a price of $0.06 per

unit. Each unit sold at $0.06 will contain one (1) common share and one (1)

transferrable share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable at a price of

$0.10 for 12 months from the date of closing.

Closing of the offering is subject to a number of conditions, including receipt of all

necessary corporate and regulatory approvals, including approval of the TSX Venture

Exchange. All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a

statutory hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance, in

accordance with applicable securities legislation.
