Bling Capital Corp. Announces Name Change to Kestrel Gold Inc.

June 24, 2010 - Calgary, Alberta: Bling Capital Corp.(the “Corporation”) (TSXV: BLI) is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to Kestrel Gold Inc. (“Kestrel”). The name change was approved by the shareholders of the Corporation at the annual and special meeting held on June 14, 2010. The Corporation expects that the trading of its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new symbol “KGC” will commence on or about June 28, 2010.

Kestrel is a Canadian corporation currently focused on the exploration of its mineral property located in the Yukon Territory.
