Geology NI 43-101 Technical Report on the Klondike District Gold Project (the “Technical Report”)
located in the Dawson Mining District, Yukon, Canada has been filed on SEDAR.
The Technical Report dated April 25, 2022 and has an effective date of January 30, 2022 is entitled
“Independent Technical Report for the Klondike District Gold Project, Yukon, Canada”.
The Technical Report was prepared in accordance with the National Instrument 43-101 Standards
for Disclosure of Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and is available for review under the Company’s
profile on SEDAR at www.sedar.com and on the Company’s website at
