Klondike Gold announces $850,000 Private Placement
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, May 14, 202 4, Klondike Gold Corp. (TSX.V: KG; FRA:
LBDP; OTC: KDKGF) (“Klondike Gold” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce a non-brokered
private placement of up to 9 ,444,444 units at a price of $0.09 per unit for proceeds of up to
$850,000 (the “Financing”).
Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant (the “Units”). Each
full warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.15 per common
share for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of issuance (the “Warrants”).
The Company intends to use the proceeds from the f inancing to fund ongoing and future
exploration and drill programs and general working capital.
The s ecurities issued in connection with the Financing are subject to TSX Venture Exchange
approval and all securities will be subject to a four -month and one day statutory hold period in
accordance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Klondike District Gold Project located at Dawson City, Yukon, one of the top mining jurisdictions
