New Tech Minerals Terminates Missouri Option to Purchase Agreement
Vancouver, B.C., May 21, 2020: New Tech Minerals Corp. NTM-CSE (“New Tech” or the “Company”), and its wholly-owned subsidiary, American Potash LLC have terminated an option to purchase agreement entered into on May 18th, 2018, to purchase the exploration rights associated with certain mineral applications in the State of Missouri.
