KINCORA CLARIFIES STATEMENTS ABOUT HIGH POWER DEAL

Vancouver, BC – June 8th, 2016 – Kincora Copper Limited (the “Company”, “Kincora”)

(TSXV:KCC) wishes to clarify certain of its recent disclosures relating to its transaction (the

"Transaction") with High Power Ventures Inc. ("HPV") and certain of its affiliates, including its

news releases of May 25, 2016 and June 1, 2016. In this regard Kincora advises as follows:

While Kincora has entered into a definitive Share Exchange Agreement with HPV (the "SEA"), as

detailed in the May 25, 2016 news release, it is incorrect to state that HPV and its affiliates are

"strategic partners" of Kincora and Kincora wishes t o withdraw that statement. Kincora wishes to

clarify that the use of the term "merger" to described the Transaction was done solely as such term is

used under Mongolian law to technically describe the Transaction and it was not intended to imply a

merger in the North American commercial sense. Kincora further wishes to clarify the basis upon

which it has access to the proprietary Typhoon technology (the "Technology") of High Power

Explorations Inc. ("HPX") under the SEA. Such access is for a term of 2 years , subject to extension

by mutual agreement, is dependent upon the availability of such Technology and is subject to the

right of HPX to determine that it is in its best interests to otherwise deploy the Technology on a

mineral project in which HPX or its affiliates have an equity interest. Kincora wishes to make it clear

that its Bronze Fox project in Mongolia is unrelated to the Transaction and, in entering into the

Transaction, neither HPV nor HPX are endorsing the Bronze Fox project.
