Kincora Clarifies Shares for Services
Vancouver, BC — March 13, 2020
Kincora Copper Ltd. (the “Company”, “Kincora”) (TSXV:KCC) further to the news release dated
March 13, 2020, the Company would like to clarify the number of shares to be issued.
The Company will issue 1,358,697 instead of 1,339,285 common shares at a deemed price of
0.069 cents per share as of September 30, 2019. All other information from the previous news
release remains the same.
