KINCORA ANNOUNCES SHARE FOR DEBT TRANSACTION
Vancouver, BC –August 4 th, 2017 – Kincora Copper Limited (the “Company”, “Kincora”)
(TSXV:KCC) announces that, subject to regulatory approval it h las entered into agreement with a
director of the company to settle a debt of $ 42,000 for the issuance of 127,272 common shares,
which will have a deemed price of $0.33.
