Kutcho Copper Receives Additional US$3.5 Million from Wheaton Precious
Vancouver, B.C., August 21, 201 8. Kutcho Copper Corp. (TSXV: KC) (OTC: KCCFF ) (“Kutcho
Copper” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce it has received from Wheaton Precious Metals Corp.
(“Wheaton”) its second advance payment in the amount of US$3.5 million (approx. CDN$4.6 million)
under the Precious Metals Purchase Agreement (“PMPA”) previously announced on August 10, 2017. The
PMPA entitle d Kutcho Copper to a total of US$7 million , which it has now fully received, to fund
expenditures related to completing its Feasibility Study.

months advancing the project towards Feasibility. G eotechnical and metallurgical drilling is almost
complete, resource expansion drilling has commenced and environmental baseline studies have been
progressing smoothly. The recent financing coupled with Wheaton’s payment give s the Company the
capital towards continuing its goal of completing the planned Feasibility Study in Q2 2019.”
