Kutcho Copper Increases Private Placement

Vancouver, B.C., September 14, 2020. Kutcho Copper Corp. (TSXV: KC) (OTC: KCCFF) (“Kutcho

Copper” or the “Company”) has increased its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the

“Private Placement”) for total gross proceeds of C$2,200,000. Terms of the Private Placement will remain

the same as previously announced on September 1, 2020. The Private Placement is subject to TSX Venture

Exchange approval.
