VANCOUVER, BC – August 26, 2022 – KAPA GOLD INC. (TSXV:KAPA) (“Kapa Gold” or the “Company”)
announces that Vivian Katsuris has resigned from the board of directors effective today, August 26,
2022.
Vivian will remain on the board of Kapa Gold’s US subsidiary for the near term.
