TORONTO, April 02, 2020 -- Kinross Gold Corporation (TSX:K; NYSE:KGC) plans to release its financial statements and
operating results for the first quarter of 2020 on Tuesday, May 5, 2020, after market close. On Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at
7:45 a.m. ET Kinross will hold a conference call and audio webcast to discuss the results, followed by a question-and-answer

Virtual Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders
Kinross’ Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
In response to the ongoing public health impact of COVID-19, the Company has elected to hold the meeting via a live audio
webcast. Kinross believes this is a prudent approach that prioritizes the health and safety of its shareholders and employees,
while still providing the same level of disclosure, transparency and participation as previous annual shareholder meetings.
