JON BEY APPOINTED AS VICE PRESIDENT CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Vancouver, 5th April, 2017: Jazz Resources Inc. ( “Jazz”, or the “Company” - JZR: TSX-V), the junior

resource exploration and mining company focused on the Revelstoke mining district of British Columbia,

Canada would like to announce the appointments of Rob Klenk to the position of CEO and Jon Bey to the

position of V.P. Corporate Development.

Rob Klenk has been the COO since June 1, 2015 and will continue to focus on monetizing the company’s

Teddy Glacier deposit and permitting for construction of the mill on the Camborne site.

Mr. Bey will lead the corporate restructuring and will develop the new communications and corporate

governance strategies for Jazz Resources. Mr. Bey is the founder and CEO of Steel Rose Communications

an Investor Relations and Corporate Communications consulting company. He is also the founder and

CEO of Steel Rose Capital a strategic advisory and capital raising consulting company.
