JAZZ PERMITTING for CAMBORNE MILL 

Jazz Resources Inc. (TSX:JZR) ("Jazz" or the "Company") is pleased to report that permitting to 

finish construction of the Camborne 2‐Stage Flotation Mill has finally navigated the lengthy and 

onerous MDRC (Mined Development Review Committee) process with a final meeting 

scheduled for April 13, 2017. 

The MDRC Process encompasses multiple government agencies including Energy and Mines 

(Health & Safety, electrical, mechanical and structural engineered plans, geochemistry, soil and 

erosion, tailings disposal/containment and reclamation) plus Ministry of Environment Discharge 

Permit, Forestry Road Access and First Nations Rights and Title. 

The Company AGM is being held on Friday March 24, 2017 at Best Western Hotel, 1755 Davie 

Street, Vancouver, B.C., Canada, V6G 1W5, at the hour of 11:00 a.m. (Pacific Time).  A full 

discussion of current plans for milling our existing high‐grade stockpile and bringing down more 

high‐grade from our Teddy Glacier Zone will be held at the AGM.

NI 43‐101 who supervised the preparation of the technical material in this release.
