JAZZ RESOURCES CORPORATION ("Jazz" or the "Company") (TSXV:JZR)  is pleased to announce that Ron 

Tewitz will join the Board of Directors along with Robert Klenk and Kirk Fisher.  Ron Tewitz is a successful 

businessman in Edmonton, Alberta and owner of Anvil Machine, a custom manufacturer and fabricator 

of oilfield tools and drilling equipment.   Ron has many years of experience operating a company in a 

cyclical business and will assist the Company in maximizing the value of the assets and properties within 

the company. 

The Company also reports that Steve Silveira has resigned as a director but is staying on as a special 

advisor to the Company on corporate matters and strategy on an as needed basis.  The company would 

like to thank Steve Silveira for his service and professionalism while serving on the board and wish him 

the best in the future as he focuses more of his time on his family and many grandchildren.
