Japan Gold Announces Grant of Stock Options
December 14, 2018 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Japan Gold Corp. (TSX-V: JG) (“Japan Gold” or the
“Company”) announced that the board of directors of the Company has approved the re-pricing of 4,549,950
existing stock options to $0.16 per share and the granting of 1,525,050 new incentive stock options at an exercise
price of $0.16 per share (the “Options”) to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company.
The Options are exercisable at a price of $0.16 per share for a period of ten years from the date of grant.
The re -pricing of 3,899,950 stock options to insiders will require TSX Venture Exchange approval and
disinterested shareholder approval at the Company’s next shareholder meeting.
