Jaguar Mining Completes Filing of Annual Information Form

Toronto, March 31 , 2022 – Jaguar Mining Inc. ("Jaguar" or the "Company") (TSX: JAG,
OTCQX:JAGGF) announces that the Company has filed its annual information form for the year ended
December 31, 20 21, which adds additional disclosure s to the December 31, 20 21 annual financial
statements and management discussion and analysis already filed by the Company on March 21, 2022
and available on SEDAR.
