URANIUM VALLEY MINES ANNOUNCES SHAREHOLDER MEETING RESULTS

Val-d’Or, Québec, June 13, 2017 — Uranium Valley Mines Ltd. (TSX -V:VZZ; the “Company”)

announces the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders held in Montr éal, Québec, on June

12, 2017.

At the me eting, shareholders elected three incumbent directors, being Glenn J. Mullan, Andrew T.

Pepper and C. Jens Zinke . Shareholders also elected as director s, Dr. Scott Jobin-Bevans and Dimitri

Maniatis, nominees of management. Michael Wilson, who has served as a director of the Company

since 2011, did not stand for re-election. The Board of Directors extends sincere thanks to Mr. Wilson

for his contributions to the Company during the years he served as a director and welcomes Dr. Jobin-

Bevans and Mr. Maniatis to the Board. Shareholders appointed MNP LLP as the Company’s auditor

for the ensuing year.

Following the shareholder meeting, the Board reconstituted its Audit Committee and its Compensation

and Corporate Governance Committee. The Boa rd also appointed officers for the ensuing year as

follows:
