Vancouver, British Columbia, August 5, 2022 – International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. (the “Company”) - (TSX:

ITH) (NYSE American: THM) today announced that it has filed its unaudited second quarter Financial

Statements and associated Management Discussion and Analysis and Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the

three- and six-month period ended June 30, 2022.

As of June 30, 2022, the Company had working capital of US$6.1 million.
