Vancouver, British Columbia, August 11, 2017 – International To wer Hill Mines Ltd. (the “Company”) -

(TSX: ITH) (NYSE-MKT: THM) today announced that it has filed it s unaudited second quarter Financial

Statements and associated Management Discussion and Analysis an d Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for

the three-month and six-month periods ended June 30, 2017.

As of June 30, 2017, the Company had working capital of $4.6 mi llion. The Company believes the

current working capital will be sufficient for it to complete i ts anticipated 2017 work plan at the

Livengood Gold Project and satisfy its currently anticipated ge neral and administrative costs through the

2017 fiscal year.
